Celebrate 75 years at Jaffarian! Join us for our Jaffarian Fall Family Festival!
We are so proud to have made Jaffarian Volvo Toyota Scion a four-generation business serving the Merrimack Valley-Boston-Southern New Hampshire region for 75 years! Our family would not be in business this long if not for our loyal customers as well as our customer and community service. As an independent dealership, we are part of the community that is loyal to us and we believe in giving back.
I invite you to join us this Saturday, October 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for our Jaffarian Fall Family Festival. There will be a lot of activities for adults and children including a bounce house, cookout, raffles, face painting, NASCAR Pace car, paint your own pumpkin, antique Volvos and Toyotas, and of course, special sales! Because we believe in supporting other local, family-owned businesses, we are thrilled to have Butcher Boy and Rogers Spring Hill Garden Center join us for this day to celebrate family and family business.
The Jaffarian commitment to giving back started years ago with my grandfather. We have consistently focused on reaching out to kids as the focus of our charitable giving. From bringing the local Boys & Girls’ clubs to a Celtics Game, to enabling the less fortunate to experience the thrill of watching the Red Sox game at Fenway Park, we at Jaffarian are committed to community efforts that benefit students. Most recently through our “Game On” program, we donated $52,000 to 11 local high school athletic programs to drive down the costs of participating in high school athletics. I especially enjoy my time interacting with driver education students at local driving schools sharing car buying and safety tips.
From my grandparents working in a Haverhill shoe factory and opening a gas station to founding Jaffarian Automotive –first selling Hudsons and Ramblers—then to adding Volvos and then becoming the first dealership in New England to selling Toyotas 51 years ago—the focus of our family business has always been on automotive service and customer service.
My “red phone” is an example of being sure that you received great service when you visit our showroom or service areas. I invite people to pick up the phone to call me if there is ever an issue or problem and it rings directly to my cell. And believe it or not, people often pick up the phone to tell me how great the service is—or to recognize one of the Jaffarian team members. I personally enjoy meeting our customers and helping them with their automotive needs.
Like the Toyota TV commercial I discussed in last week’s blogs that features the evolution of the Toyota Corolla throughout the decades, we will have restored Volvos and Toyotas on display at our Family Event this Saturday. These vehicles have been restored at Jaffarian Body Shop and Collision Center—the location of where my grandparents first started their business. This is just down the street from our beautiful showroom at 600 River Street in Haverhill with state-of-the-art Toyota and Volvo Service Centers. Come help us celebrate 75 years in business in Haverhill and let us thank you for your support.
We are honored and humbled to have gone …
Thank you so much to all of our loyal customers, partners, suppliers, vendors and friends who have supported us over the years! I hope to see you on Saturday!
